Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume seasons (holidays, sales, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.):

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once dispatched.
• Expedited options are available at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts).

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at menicandles@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

Please note that carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
